Welcome to Car Spa LK

Thank you for visiting carspa.lk. These terms explain how our website works and what you can expect when you order from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We have kept them short and in plain language, so please take a minute to read them.

Using our website

You are welcome to browse carspa.lk, view our products and place orders for your personal use. We only ask that you use the site honestly and do not try to disrupt it, copy it, or misuse it in any way.

The content on this site, including product descriptions and images, belongs to Car Spa LK or its suppliers. Please do not reuse it for commercial purposes without asking us first.

Products and prices

We sell genuine Arkos Vetek car and bike care products, covering engine care, exterior shine, interior and AC care, brake and underbody care, and bike and chain care.

A few important points about product information:

• All prices on the site are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
• Prices can change from time to time without notice. The price we confirm with you on WhatsApp when you order is the price that applies.
• We do our best to keep descriptions, images and stock levels accurate, but small errors can happen. If we spot a mistake in your order, we will contact you before going ahead.
• Product colours and packaging in photos may look slightly different in real life.

Ordering

Ordering from us is simple. You can order in two ways:

• Message us directly on WhatsApp at 074 2 388 588 with the products you want.
• Use the cart on our website. When you check out, the cart sends your order to us through WhatsApp.

Your order is confirmed once we reply on WhatsApp and agree on the items, the total and the delivery details. If a product is out of stock, we will let you know and suggest an alternative or a refund of any payment made.

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days, and Colombo and suburbs usually receive orders the next day.

Payments & security

We keep payment simple and safe. You can pay in two ways:

• Cash on delivery: pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
• Bank transfer: we will share our bank details on WhatsApp, and we dispatch your order once the transfer is confirmed.

Here is the important part: our website never asks for or collects card details. There is no card payment form on carspa.lk. If you ever see a page claiming to be Car Spa LK asking for your card number, PIN or online banking password, do not enter anything and please report it to us right away.

All payment amounts are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Always confirm the total with us on WhatsApp before making a bank transfer.

Product safety

Our products are made for vehicle care and work best, and safest, when used correctly. Please:

• Read and follow the instructions on the product label before use.
• Keep all products away from children and pets.
• Take extra care with solvent-based products such as degreasers and certain sprays. Use them in a well-ventilated area, away from open flames, and avoid contact with skin and eyes.
• Store products in a cool, dry place with the cap closed tightly.

If a product gets into someone's eyes or is swallowed, follow the first aid guidance on the label and get medical help without delay.

Our responsibility to you

We stand behind the products we sell and we will always try to put things right if something goes wrong with your order. That said, there are sensible limits to what we can be responsible for:

• We are not responsible for damage caused by using a product against its label instructions.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by things outside our control, such as weather, courier issues or road closures.
• Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have as a consumer under Sri Lankan law.

Governing law

These terms, and any order you place with us, are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example if we add new payment or delivery options. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date below.
